You can browse free with your etislalat line now. Just two two things are needed from you for this to work.

• two etisalat lines
• loading one of the line with N200 credit. Just don't worry, they won't take your credit.

See how it works;
Etisalat want you to keep buying recharge card i.e they want you to load and get . So, the trick here is re-use the N200 to get another 15MB over and over again

• when you load one of the line with N200 credit, you are automatically given 15MB Data bundle free & without your money being deducted. You can use this money if you want to make call.
• transfer this money to the second line & they will give you another 15MB.
• when you finish exhausting the 15MB on browsing and downloading in the first line , transfer back the N200 from second line to it and you given another 15MB. 
• so, keep repeating the  transferring and keep browsing free-'ETI-TRANSFER CHEAT' that is what is called
